Jason has more than 25 years of transactional experience in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe. He has led numerous teams of foreign and local lawyers and has worked on many of the most significant international transactions, including many privatisations, across the region. He was Firm-wide Managing Partner of Kinstellar from 2008–2019 and is now the Senior Partner of the firm.

Alex has a proven track record in law firm management in both emerging and established markets, having held senior roles in a number of leading international law firms in the last two decades, including at Hogan Lovells in the UK and Linklaters and Freshfields in Asia. Alex was CEO of DFDL for over 5 years, prior to joining Aapogee.

Milan is well versed in managing the strategies of high-growth international companies active in the CEE and CIS regions, with a background in the telecom and technology sectors. His expertise includes business planning, financial and funding restructuring, and management reporting to support company strategy set-up and implementation, pricing and market analysis, and business development.

Michael’s role involves working with lawyers across group firms and with a dedicated and talented team of client-facing business development professionals strategically located across our business to win more work while developing a new set of client relationships. Prior to joining Kinstellar in 2015, Michael was responsible for developing and executing marketing communications and business development strategy for Linklaters and Baker Botts. Michael was Business Development Director of Kinstellar for 5 years, prior to joining Aapogee.

Barbora Ležatková
Head of Risk Compliance
A Czech qualified lawyer, Barbora has more than 20 years of extensive experience in regulatory compliance. She is also is the Head of Risk & Compliance and General Counsel of Kinstellar. She manages new clients and new matter-approval processes and supervises compliance with AML rules applicable to individual offices. Barbora has been a member of the Appeal Commission of the Czech Data Protection Office since 2006 and member of the Czech Bar Association since 2001.
